Job brief We are seeking a talented and experienced Database Marketing Executive to spearhead our  marketing strategies. As the Database Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end marketing campaigns. This includes managing email-Whats app – Viber - Telegram databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth.   • Identify target audience and grow our database list, by designing lead magnets and implement them on our marketing mix.
  • Design using diagramming tools (visio or other) and implement direct database marketing campaigns.
  • Perform database hygiene/cleaning technics to ensure high reputation of our IPs and email servers.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.
  • Ensure mobile-friendly database templates.
  • Write newsletters including all company updates.
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features.
  • Build automations and flows for customer journeys, to nurture client with the proper content and messages.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Understanding of A/B testing is a must.
  • Generate reports on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure emails follow the financial industry policies, compliance guidelines and best practices.
  Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Database marketing executive or Digital marketing specialist.
  • Hands on experience with HTML, CSS and content management systems.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.

Job brief  We are seeking a talented and experienced PCC – Media buy Specialist to spearhead our media buy strategies. We are seeking a Media Buy executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media buys across various channels to maximize our client brand's reach and impact. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of media trends and consumer behavior along with a focus to optimize for positive ROI campaigns and offer a career path towards Media Buy team lead manager. Responsibilities  As a PPC Executive, you'll work with internal stakeholders or external vendors like designers or content managers for campaigns worthing seven figures spend on a year and will be involved in:
  • Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of channels like Display, Search and Social media Ad platforms.
  • Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation and Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics and analytics tools. A good level of mathematical ability to analyse CR,CAC, CPA, MQL cost, SQL cost, LTV, ROI and more.
  • Experience with digital media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying and real-time bidding is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred, but hands on experience comes first.
  • Prior hands-on experience on Agency or to a brand with strong PPC team is a bonus.
