The retention period for the processing of all personal data we collect in support of Provision of Services is as long as use our Services and / or for the whole duration of any agreement concluded between you and ASSISTWISE plus 12 (twelve) months after termination of an agreement entered between you and ASSISTWISE.

After the expiration of the retention period, ASSISTWISE will terminate the processing of your personal data, unless ASSISTWISE is obliged to retain personal data for a longer period of time to meet its obligation under any applicable law.
